If you are ready to buy a home, we will look at your budget and requirements, including location, proximity to amenities you would like to have nearby, schools (if applicable), parks, and all the other things that go into making your new home the one that’s just your style!
As your agent, I represent only you — not the other party. I look out solely for your interests and sign a legal binding contract that promises you my loyalty and all fiduciary duties.

I will be happy to send you a copy of that contract or any contracts we use, free of charge.

I will give you a written contract which ensures your transaction is professionally handled and executed to the best of my knowledge and abilities.
